what we store, for how long, and why.

your account

Sign in with an email code, Google, or Telegram. We keep the email address, or the Telegram id and username. A Telegram account carries no email address. We never ask for a postal address or a phone number.

what one call records

Each billed call writes one row: endpoint, the url you passed, credit cost, status, and response time. We also store the calling ip. That row is kept 35 days. It is what fills the charts on your dashboard.

visits to this site

When you open this site, it notes where you came from: the referring site, the campaign tags in the link (utm_source and the like), and an ad click id such as gclid if there is one. It also notes the pages you open, a few actions (running an example in the docs, copying your key, starting a payment), whether you are on a phone or a computer, and your browser's language. Your ip and your name are not part of it.

A random id, kept in a cookie and in your browser's local storage, ties one visit to the next. Signing out clears it. When you sign in, those visits are linked to your account, so we can tell which link or ad brought you. Visits are kept 400 days. Where your account came from, and your answer to "how did you find us", stay with the account.

request and response bodies

The full request and response are kept 3 days, then dropped. You can read your own at /dashboard/logs. After that the detail view tells you the body is gone. Your api key and the Authorization header are never written there. Neither are uploaded file bytes - only a short description of them.

payments

Card checkouts run through Polar, crypto invoices through Oxapay. Those providers handle the card and wallet details. We store the amount, the method, and the status.

who can see it

FastSaverAPI and the people who operate the service. An administrator can read the same request logs you can. The site loads no advertising or analytics scripts from other companies: the visit records above are ours and stay on our server.

deleting your data

Logs expire on the schedule above, with no action from you. To close an account, message support on telegram.
