### who runs this

FastSaverAPI operates fastsaver api. Using the api means you accept these terms.

### your account and key

Sign in with an email code, Google, or Telegram. A Telegram account carries no email address. Your api key identifies every call you make. Anything called with it is billed to you, so keep it secret.

### credits and plans

The free plan carries 1,000 credits. A plan runs for one month. Changing your plan resets your credits to the allowance of the new plan. Unused credits do not carry over - a plan change is a reset, not a top-up. Each endpoint costs a fixed number of credits.

### paying

Top up with crypto through Oxapay, or with a card through Polar. A card payment adds a fee percentage on top of the amount you enter. Crypto adds nothing. There is no automated refund, so ask support first.

### fair use

Every plan has a per-minute request limit. One bucket covers all billed endpoints, not one each. Fetch only media you have the right to fetch. We can suspend a key that abuses the service.

### no promises

The api reads from platforms we do not control. It breaks when they change, and it is provided as is. We are not liable for lost data or lost revenue.

We update this page when the product changes.
